Combolisk is a term i coined from combining the “com” in community with a derivation and part of the Greek Obelisk. This term preserves the free use of digital displays as an integral part of real property with the free use of the outdoor broadcast as a free service to the public supported by additional broadcasters with paid support. This use will remain on the land and soil jurisdiction as i am a living man on the land and soil as a Colorado State National.
