Anna Von Reitz, the international writer and fiduciary for the unincorporated United States has written an article today regarding the use of trade names and copyrights, Paul Stramer – Lincoln County Watch: Trademarks, Trade Marks, Copyrights, and Patents. To comply with what I now believe is the proper use, I remove the trade mark symbols next to my name and will use a handwritten copyright to avoid further confusion. I will continue to use a typewritten copyright when autographing documents electronically (inside the slashes). I ask that all prior use of the trade name symbol to be removed from the record as I am a living man on the land and soil as of the filing of my documents on the land recording system of America Unincorporated. I have no intent to enter into maritime jurisdiction of commerce.
