There were a couple returned Notices for Title companies regarding the Union Pacific Railway Company fraud of the bankrupt company. The new UP coming out of the bankruptcy filed a DSICLAIMER suggesting they had nothing to do with the Rufus Clark sale. Since the sale was made prior to receipt of a land patent for the land, the sale was fraudulent. The bankruptcy complicated the process as the land patent was eventually issued to the old company name which did not exist until we claimed it.
After claiming the trade name use of the former name and publicly recording our claim as a land patent we began a process to notify residents and title companies of the fraud. See combolisk.org/union-pacific-railway-company.
A Google search was made for local title companies. We attempted to use acquiescence to three notices as statements in the form of affidavits to limit the fraud to a single section 21 in Arapahoe county. Since even the single section represents billions of dollars worth of fraud, it was not unusual for the title companies to not accept liability as discounts to claims for properties within the effected boundaries of section 21.
