The purpose of Combolisks is to provide free broadcast space to nonprofits and for public use. The first broadcast on each new Combolisk will be for said free use. Then up to five sponsors will rotate their broadcasts twice before another free public broadcast. At this point the process repeats although each free broadcast may be from a different broadcaster. The unincorporated Combolisk Project will provide oversight to the outdoor public broadcast space according to the Golden Rules.
The very first Combolisk will be developed for the exclusive use of Fortune 1000 corporations that support the Combolisk Project and commit the the Golden Rules.
