Ann Von Reitz is the pen name for Anna Maria Reizinger, the Fiduciary for The United States of America. She and her husband James [Jim] have established provenance and standing in international and global venues to reaffirm Americans who have been presumed “lost at sea” for a century and a half. This is in large part due to our contracts that were hired as our trustees who have stolen our assets, credit, and even our family names.
This site is dedicated to restoring the truth about how we have been trafficked as color of men, hue+men, humans to apply the wrong law to us. We go from creations under the Creator with no contracts to US Citizens and citizens of the US which actually changes the presumption of law from living people to dead assets as persons.
