We met with an elder and member of Praise Community Church to present our Notice. It is unfortunate that we did not seem to meet on the fundamentals of the issue. I began by asking about the provenance of the Praise Community Church. While I love the idea that a nondenominational church can reach out and seek God, the question remains as to how to deal with making claim against the crimes that have been committed against the living as Christians. And if we believe in the inheritance and unalienable rights under God, how do we stand on the Rock of Peter?
Our letter explains how we have been deceived. It also explains how we get back to the living, clean our land and become domiciled on the Land jurisdiction that was fought for by the lives of the founders of the greatest experiment is governing. We were all to be equal withstanding directly under God with no others or entities to report to. Due to a lack of communication, education and lack of following a simple concept in LAW [Land, Air, Water] of how to put our skin in the game and Notice, we got off track like so many others in world history.
God’s simply plan is to follow Him first. When He sends a Word to a prophet as a Watchman, the fiduciary responsibility of that Watchman is to forward the message to all those it effects, or the sin is on the Watchman. Likewise, if those that receive the message fail to act on the Word reported, the sin is on them.
In American common LAW this is reduced to an administrative process of Three Notices. With First Notice, you present your claim to put your skin in the game. Second Notice is a repeat and additional opportunity to recognize the dishonor in failing to act. The Third Notice is the certificate of Dishonor completing due process and placing the conflict as completed with acquiescence of the Noticed Party. They no longer have standing in the issue by all future conflicts arising as a result of the failure to act.
Since we have not heard from the church in a couple of weeks, we plan to move forward with Second Notice. It will be the responsibility of those Noticed to report both up and down the chain of command to ensure the congregation and members of the assumed entity chartered and zoned under a foreign government services corporation to respond or face a certificate of Dishonor as a completed due process. This will entail dissolution of the entity, and liquidation of the assets to pay the unrebutted claim against the living. If we end up with the assets as last men standing on Fremont County, Colorado, we welcome the opportunity to work with other living that would like to take up the great Commission of spreading the word and using this facility if necessary to establish the Word on the Rock.
